Still Having Problems?

There are some known bugs in older versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser. From time to time, this can create some strange behaviour. If something is not working as you would expect on this site, please follow these instructions:

  1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History...
  2. Clear your cache by clicking Delete files...
  3. Clear your cookies by clicking Delete cookies...
  4. Reload the page that was previously displaying unexpected behaviour.
